Sacred Practice:

Stand in front of the mirror. (See your face or full body(clothed or naked)

Notice your feelings and language without judgement. Is it positive or negative?

Start to acknowledge one thing you like and then keep going until you feel complete.

For example: I like the way my dimple shows up when I smile

Seal this practice with a big hug to yourself and say any words that feel good to complete your practice.
