What does being primal mean to you?
Have you given yourself permission or feel safe to be/access your primal nature?

Sacred Practice:
Release your sacred rage
Find a safe space where you can either use your voice and move your body to express any residual emotions out of the body.
Examples:
Beat/punch a pillow with full force, leave nothing held back and/or scream into a pillow
Shake all parts of your body: Start with your lower body, allow the energy to move up to your torso, and to your upper body, challenge yourself to build your energy until you have let everything go, allow your voice to make sounds as you shake.
When you are complete allow your body to feel all that comes through. Allow the emotions or the tears to release. Give yourself as much time to come into stillness.
When your in stillness start to express love onto yourself. Guide your hands as if you were pouring water over your head. Say a few statements of love to yourself. Seal your practice the way you desire. Drink some water or make a nourishing hot drink to replenish from your energy release.
