Sacred Practice:

Clear the energy

For this practice you will need a clearing crystal like Selenite, Clare Quartz, or Obsidian. (Obsidian is very powerful if you want more gentle use Selenite)

Reflecting on the things that are not in alignment. Pay attention to where you feel these things in your body. Bring the crystal to that place and feel the crystal help clear your energy. Feel into that crystal supporting you in creating space and healing what is not in alignment with gratitude and love.

Continue to do this until you feel complete.
