Sacred Practice:

Wear Red

Put on something that is the colour Red; whether it is a shirt, pants, dress or whole outfit.

Allow the frequency of the colour of your root be outwardly expressed in your day.

Notice how it makes you feel and that renewed relationship with the colour.

(If red is not your favourite colour then wear a colour that make you feel rooted and grounded)
