Sacred Practice:

Self Portrait

You will need markers, paint, or pencil crayons

A large sheet of blank paper

Paint a self portrait of your womb/yoni portal

Dazzle it up - beautify it as much as you desire with a new embodiment of power and pride

Suggestion: you can lye down on the sheet of paper and draw an outline of your hips on the paper

Put on some music and enjoy!
