What were your first experiences connecting to your womb space?

What was your relationship to your womb?

When did you first start addressing your belly as your womb space?

Sacred Practice:

Connect to your womb space

Put on a timer for at least 5 mins to start

Sit comfortably on the floor or chair.

Place both hands below your belly button.

Close your eyes and breathe in deeply

Send your breaths to your womb space.

Imagining your breaths like the ocean, breathe in water comes to you, breathe out water washes away.

Continue to bring your attention to your womb space.

Notice how your body responds.

Feel how your womb expands and contracts in your hands.

Ground your spine into the earth.

This is how you start to reconnect with your womb space.

Let you body receive the breath and attention to your womb space.

When you are complete, allow yourself to fully come back into the present moment.

Say to your womb, “I love you, thank you”.
