Whether it is asking a question in a meeting with your colleagues, or posting a video of yourself dancing not caring about other opinions, wearing an outfit that is vivid and bright….

Notice the big and small ways these opportunities arise. Notice how you approach them.

At the end of the day write down what you noticed and seal your day with love and gratitude.
