As the earth starts to warm up through this Full moon in Virgo as known as the Worm Moon; the body is adjusting to the fresh new energies of the upcoming Spring season.

Make a ritual devotional list of what areas you need to refresh to prepare for spring. Review your devotional list. Choose one thing you desire to put your energy to today.

Also choose one thing or one room in your home that you desire to refresh. (Clean, add flowers, release any items that don’t resonate, etc)
